We took delivery of our Nissan E-NV200 electric van from Eco Cars last week. It was a smooth, stress free experience from start to finish. Jonathan is calm, knowledgeable and (importantly) not pushy. He explains the options, answers your questions and then steps back to allow you to make your own decision in your own time. The vehicle is ideal for our office supplies business and we are very happy with the model he recommended. Jonathan proved reliable and punctual, turning up when promised and answering emails and phone calls promptly. The vehicle was delivered to our door exactly as promised. Helpful advice on buying and running an electric vehicle. I was given very useful advice on things to consider when choosing between various EV's - this dealer is not tied to one source. They found me a pre-registered LEAF with 1,500miles on the clock and the 6kW charger option. Allows me to do the 100mile round trip to work with a charge at each end and generally have around 30 to 40miles to spare at each end. I was given a thorough hands-on teach-in when the vehicle was delivered. I am very pleased with the advice and service - and prompt answers to questions about this new way of driving.

From the first contact until car handover I found Jonathan to be responsive and very helpful. It was the first electric vehicle I have purchased and he helped me through the process. He came to my house to provide a test drive and talked me through the process of finding a suitable vehicle. He kept in touch at all times via e-mail and provided details of several cars. Once the decision was made the car was delivered directly to my house. He provided a test drive and explained how many of the functions operate. Overall I found the experience to be easy and hassle free.

I emailed eco-cars to see if they could locate a second hand Prius for me with the mileage and in the price range I wanted. They were happy to find a car, checked to see if it looked of interest to me and then brought it up to Orkney for me to test drive at no cost or obligation to myself. I had some questions after buying the car and they have all been answered fully. Dealer really could not have been more helpful. Delighted with my purchase.
